Return Eligibility
You may return products within 5 days of receipt if:
• Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• All labels, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
How to Return
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (support@digitalhomesupply.com or 208‑379‑3860).
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging and include all documentation.
5. Ship the item within 3 business days using a trackable method.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear in your account.
• Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition or are late.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Defective/Incorrect items: We cover shipping costs.
• Change of mind: Customers cover shipping costs.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal care) unless unopened
• Gift cards and downloadable software
Order Cancellations
• Before shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
• After shipment: Follow the return process after receiving the product.
